Important information for using Super Zappit® Shock:

• Application: Broadcast evenly over a wide area in the deepest part of the pool. For pools with vinyl liners or painted surfaces, pre-dissolve the shock in a bucket of water to prevent bleaching (always add shock to water, never water to shock).
• When to Shock: Recommended for weekly application, or more frequently after heavy pool use, rainstorms, or when battling algae. Best applied in the evening.
• Safety Precautions: Wear protective eyewear and gloves. Do not mix with other chemicals. Allow pool to circulate after application and ensure chlorine levels return to normal range before swimming.
• Calcium Hardness: Regular use may increase calcium hardness levels in the pool over time; monitor calcium levels accordingly.
• Storage: Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area, away from flammable materials and other chemicals. Keep pouches sealed until use.

• Return Window: We offer a 14-day free return period from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
• Condition for Return: To be eligible for a full refund, the product must be in new, unused condition, and in its original, unopened packaging. Due to the nature of this chemical, opened individual pouches or cases with opened pouches cannot be returned.
• Restocking Fee: If the original outer case packaging has been opened but individual pouches remain sealed and unused, a 10% restocking fee based on the original sale price will be applied to your refund.
• Return Shipping: Return shipping is free for eligible returns. We will provide a prepaid shipping label.
