General Warranty Policy

We proudly stand behind the quality of the products we sell. Most items we offer come with a manufacturer’s warrantyranging from 1 to 3 years, depending on the product category.

If a product you purchased from us fails due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll help you work directly with the manufacturer to get it repaired, replaced, or refunded as outlined in their warranty terms.


What’s Covered

  • Defects in materials or workmanship

  • Early product failure under normal residential use

  • Malfunctioning equipment within the manufacturer’s warranty period


What’s Not Covered

  • Damage due to improper installation or maintenance

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Chemical damage from misuse or improper pool balancing

  • Third-party installations or unauthorized repairs

  • Commercial or non-residential use (unless specified)


Warranty Process

  1. Check the product brand for warranty duration and terms.

  2. Contact us at support@tampapoolsandspas.com with:

    • Order number

    • Date of purchase

    • Description of issue

    • Photos or videos (if available)

  3. We’ll help guide you through the manufacturer’s warranty process and provide return/shipping instructions if needed.
