At Tampa Pools & Spas, we want you to be confident in every purchase. If something’s not quite right, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process to get you what you need—fast.


🔁 Return Policy

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return is inspected.


🔄 Exchanges

  • Wrong item? Ordered the wrong size or part? No worries.

  • We’ll exchange it as long as the item is unused and eligible for return.

  • Contact us first so we can confirm availability.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened chemicals or liquids

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Installed equipment or parts

  • Custom or special-order items


📦 How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@tampapoolsandspas.com with:

    • Your name and order number

    • Item(s) you wish to return or exchange

    • Reason for return

  2. We’ll respond within 24 hours with instructions and return shipping info.

  3. Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed.


🧾 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or shipped incorrectly.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
