How It Works

Manufacturer Warranty

The Pentair® IntelliChlor® IC40 Salt Chlorinator Cell (Model 520555) is typically covered by a Pentair limited manufacturer's warranty for two (2) years (parts only) from the date of purchase when purchased from an authorized dealer. This warranty generally covers defects in materials and workmanship. It often excludes damage from improper installation, incorrect water chemistry (especially low salt, high/low pH, or excessive scale buildup), freezing, or normal wear and tear. Labor and shipping costs are commonly not included. Warranty terms can be voided if not installed by a qualified professional or if non-genuine Pentair parts are used. Returns & Exchanges

• Return Window: We offer a 14-day free return period from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
• Condition for Return: To be eligible for a full refund, the product must be in new, unused condition, and in its original, unopened packaging.
• Restocking Fee: If the original product packaging has been opened or the product has been taken out of the box, a 10% restocking fee based on the original sale price will be applied to your refund.
• Return Shipping: Return shipping is free for eligible returns. We will provide a prepaid shipping label.
