- For self-installed pumps or those purchased online, Pentair provides a 60-day parts-only warranty from the date of purchase.
- When professionally installed by a qualified technician and registered with Pentair within 60 days of installation, the warranty extends to 2 years parts-only.
- Covered: Defects in materials & workmanship under normal use and service.
- Not Covered: Labor costs, installation or re-installation costs, or shipping costs. Damage due to improper installation, freezing, electrical issues, misuse, or normal wear and tear on items like seals or O-rings is also not covered.

Returns & Exchanges
- Return Window: We offer a 14-day free return period from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
- Condition for Return: To be eligible for a full refund, the product must be in new, unused condition, and in its original, unopened packaging.
- Packaging Fee: A 10% restocking fee of the sale price will be applied if the box is opened or packaging is incomplete. (0% if returned unopened in original packaging).
- Shipping: Customer pays return freight; original outbound shipping is non-refundable.
- Process: To initiate a return, please email RMA@TampaPoolsAndSpas.com with your order # and model. You will receive an RMA number and packing instructions within 24 business hours. Ship the item back within 7 days of RMA issuance. Proof of purchase will be required. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
