• Covered: Defects in materials & workmanship under normal use and service.
• Not Covered: Labor, installation, or shipping–related costs. Damage due to improper installation, freezing, electrical issues, misuse, or normal wear and tear on items like seals or O-rings is also not covered.

Returns & Exchanges

• Return Window: We offer a 14-day free return period from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
• Condition for Return: Product must be unused, in original packaging with all labels and manuals intact.
• Packaging Fee: A 0% fee is applied if returned in the original, unopened packaging. A 10% fee of item price will be applied if the box is opened or packaging is incomplete.
• Shipping: Customer is responsible for return freight; original shipping cost is non-refundable.
