Pentair 190092 Air-Bleed Assembly – the go-to manual vent for your FNS® Plus filter tower.

• Purpose: Quickly purge trapped air at startup to prevent air locks and cavitation in your pump.

• Design: Brass-plated valve with a twist-knob cap—no tools, no fuss.

• Compatibility: Drop-in replacement for all FNS® Plus models (FNSP24, FNSP36, FNSP48, FNSP60); not compatible with Clean & Clear, Titan RPM or Quad D.E. lines.

• Installation:

  1. Shut off pump & relieve system pressure

  2. Unscrew old bleed assembly by hand

  3. Thread in new 190092 valve until snug

  4. Tighten cap finger-tight—ready to bleed!
