Important information for using Muriatic Acid:

• Handle with Extreme Care: Muriatic acid is a corrosive material. Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including acid-resistant gloves, eye protection (goggles or face shield), and respiratory protection when handling. Ensure adequate ventilation.
• Proper Application for Water Balance: When adding to pool water, always dilute the acid by adding it SLOWLY to a large bucket of water first (NEVER add water directly to acid, as this can cause a violent reaction). Pour the diluted solution slowly into the deepest part of the pool, away from skimmers, lights, and fittings. Allow water to circulate.

• Condition for Return: To be eligible for a full refund, the product must be in new, unused condition, and in its original, unopened packaging. Due to the nature of this chemical, opened individual containers cannot be returned.
• Restocking Fee: If the original outer case packaging has been opened but individual bottles remain sealed and unused, a 10% restocking fee based on the original sale price will be applied to your refund. Opened individual bottles are not eligible for return.
• Return Shipping: Return shipping is free for eligible returns. We will provide a prepaid shipping label.
