This Hayward® TurboCell™ T-CELL-3 Salt Cell is covered by a Hayward limited manufacturer's warranty. When sold by a Totally Hayward® partner and professionally installed and registered, it comes with a 3-year parts & labor warranty. This warranty generally covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. It often excludes damage from improper installation, incorrect water chemistry (e.g., improper salt levels, pH, calcium hardness), freezing, or normal wear and tear. For complete and specific terms, conditions, and limitations, please refer to the official Hayward warranty documentation included with your product or available on the Hayward website.

Returns & Exchanges

• Return Window: We offer a 14-day free return period from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
• Condition for Return: Product must be unused, in original packaging with all labels and manuals intact.
• Packaging Fee: A 0% fee is applied if returned in the original, unopened packaging. A 10% fee of item price will be applied if the box is opened or packaging is incomplete.
• Shipping: Customer pays return freight; original shipping cost is non-refundable.
• Process: To initiate a return, please email RMA@TampaPoolsAndSpas.com with your order # and model. We’ll reply with an RMA number and packing instructions. Ship the item back within 7 days of RMA issuance. Proof of purchase will be required. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
