This Hayward® MaxFlo VS 500 Variable-Speed Pump is covered by a Hayward limited manufacturer's warranty. When professionally installed by a qualified technician and registered with Hayward within 60 days of installation, the warranty is 3 years parts-only.
- Covered: Manufacturing defects in materials & workmanship under normal use and service.
- Not Covered: Labor costs, installation or re-installation costs, or shipping costs. Damage due to improper installation, freezing, electrical issues, misuse, or normal wear and tear on items like seals or O-rings is also not covered.

Returns & Exchanges
- Return Window: We offer a 14-day free return period from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
- Condition for Return: Product must be unused, in original packaging with all labels and manuals intact.
- Packaging Fee: A 0% fee is applied if returned in the original, unopened packaging. A 10% fee of the item price will be applied if the box is opened or packaging is incomplete.
- Shipping: Customer pays return freight; original shipping cost is non-refundable.
- Process: To initiate a return, please email joy@TampaPoolsAndSpas.com with your order # and model. We’ll reply with an RMA number and packing instructions. Ship the item back within 7 days of RMA issuance. Proof of purchase will be required. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
